When using Macrium Reflect to create a full image of Windows System Partition on my Windows Hpme Premium 7, 32 bit computer, I went through the following procedures: Created a full image using Macrium Reflect, Validated the image file, Rebooted from a USB rescue Drive to be used as the destination for restoring Windows, Restored Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit from the USB Hard Drive where the BU was stored, Then, rebooted, pressed F-12, wen to the Boot Menu and selected the USB Hard Drive where the System File was stored. Windows started to load but then the process failed. Can you tell me what could have caused this problem?

Sorry, but I do not understand all the details. You said you were using a BU of the system partition. What about the boot partition and other system partitions? Were they also on the BU?
You said you are using a USB rescue drive as the DESTINATION? Are you trying to create a bootable USB drive for booting into Windows?
Next you say you did the restore FROM the USB drive. So it sounds like it is NOT the destination.
Then you booted and selected the USB drive so it again sounds like it is was the DESTINATION.
Finally you say Windows started to load, but it failed. Any additional info about what the failure was, what error, if any was showing? How far did it get?
If you did not restore boot partitions to the USB, not sure you can boot Windows from it.
