Hello. I can't see any RAID volumes when I boot into Windows PE via a CD or from the Windows 7 Boot Mamager. The only drive shown is not part of the raid array.
I have installed the RAID drivers (Intel ver 9.6.0.1014, unzipped into ..\drivers\disk\intel\)
ICH10R SATA RAID Controller P55 Chipset Windows 7 Macrium 4.2 2733

Hi Peter,
The WindowsPE rescue CD needs the Vista drivers for it to load your RAID array, the OS that you are restoring does not matter but because WindowsPE 2.1 (the version we use) has the Vista kernel it needs to be the Vista drivers.
Can please download the latest vista drivers for your motherboard raid controller and copy the .inf and .sys files into the drivers\disk directory.
Let me know if you need any more assistance

Sorry for the delay in responding..
This is the Vista Driver. It contains both 32 and 64 bit versions of the Vista Driver. I have tried both versions and ever other driver listed on the intel site back to version 5. No luck.
I do see the drivers being loaded (WinPE) but no access to RAID Volumes.
If I use drvload.exe I am given an error code of:80070002.
Can you send me the Intel RAID Matrix Storage drivers you currently use?
Thanks.
Peter

Hi Peter,
While we are looking into this, can you give me the make and model of the motherboard that you are using?

Hi Peter,
Thanks for getting back to me
So we can see the specification of your system, could you run 'System Information' ('All Programs' > 'Accessories' > 'System Tools' > 'System Information') and take the 'File' > 'Save' menu option. Save the '.nfo' file, compress the file (zip it) and email it to support at macrium.com
