hi, I have a problem with my backups, starting the backup I get this error:

Starting Image - Wednesday, June 01, 2011 10:03:20
Initializing
Analyzing file system on volume C:
Failed To Create Volume Snapshot for drive C. Result Code: 0x8004230f
Using pssnap.sys Instead

bakup the ends successfully with the error. how can I fix this? thanks

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Your backup will be fine. The Microsoft snapshot service has failed to engage and Reflect has reverted to the Macrium version instead.
