I Only do Full image backups (to F:), After a defrag (O&O Defrag).

-My question?- Is it OK to Show Hidden files, and defrag F: (badly fragmented, and MR backups are taking longer & longer/Indexing is disabled on F:).
My Win7 Image Backups are also on F:?

Win 7 Pro (32), Kaspersky Internet Security 2013, and no other active anti-malware.
Free on-demand- MBAM (No Pro!).
i5-2500 CPU @ 3.67GHz, WD Raptor Sata6 10k rpm HD (WOW!).

It is OK to defrag the drive that the images are stored on.
