When I click on Add Boot Menu Recovery Option and try to add the Boot Menu, I get an error "Unable to open BCD Store"

Hi,

Thanks for posting.

It appears that the BCD may be in a corrupt or inaccessible state. Can you temporarily disable your anti-virus software in case it is conflicting. If that doesn't help can you rebuild the BCD from the Windows 7 installation DVD using 'Start-up Repair'.

Once rebuilt you shouldn't have any problems adding or removing the Reflect menu.

Thank you for your response.The issue was apparently caused by a drive not being assigned a letter in Disk Management. Once the missing drive was assigned a letter, I could create a boot menu item in Macrium Reflect.
